Installation at Motiongrafik event wins innovation award

Noogy - a 25-metre wide electronic pet that took over a building during Motiongrafik's moving image festival Motionplymouth 06 - has won an award for innovation.Noogy deservedly hooged the limelight at the inaugural Media Innovation Awards held on March 1 at St. Mellion International Hotel, Cornwall, and was given the prize for Best Mobile Entry.

Motionplymouth was nominated in the Most Innovative Installation/Exhibition section of the Media Innovation Awards - organised by Plymouth Media Partnership and Cornwall Focus - and was described by judges as "a dynamic and exciting project that drew on the passion and energy of an entire city".
